As an intern or working student, you will gain insight into complex project work at our shipyard. In an innovative and future-oriented environment, you’ll contribute your knowledge, take on responsibility, and build valuable professional connections.
Internships
We offer pre-study internships, voluntary internships, and mandatory internships. Each internship lasts between four and six months. The more time you invest, the deeper you’ll immerse yourself in our processes and projects. Internships are available across various departments.

Thesis Opportunities
Would you like to write your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis with us as part of an internship? We are happy to support you.
The ideas and proposals come from you — we do not predefine topics. Inspire us with your concept. For a practice-oriented thesis, you should plan for at least five months.
Working hours:

Working Students
As a working student, you will support us alongside your studies. You will be involved in day-to-day operations or contribute to long-term projects. Most positions are within our technical and design departments.
Weekly working hours:
- Fixed number of hours by agreement
- Flexible scheduling
- During the semester, usually a maximum of 20 hours per week
