With the beginning of the new year, Christian Lepper will take over as the new Director Human Resources.
Christian Lepper comes with over 20 years in diverse leadership experience across human resources. He will initially focus on optimizing internal structures and processes, continuous personnel development, and trusting cooperation with the Works Council. He was most recently Vice President Human Resources at Vossloh Rolling Stock GmbH in Kiel.
