With more than 20 years of yacht‑building heritage, GERMAN NAVAL YARDS combines generations of shipwright skill with modern production capabilities. The Kiel facility has been the birthplace and assembly site for some of the most iconic yachts in recent maritime history; among these landmark projects is the majestic 143-meter Sailing Yacht A, a testament to the yard’s ability to manage extraordinarily complex naval architecture, large structures and the exacting standards of private clients.

Project ELF
Project ELF spans 114 meters in length, with a beam of 15.60 meters and a draft of 3.85 meters. It boasts a gross tonnage of 4,950 and accommodations designed to host 18 guests alongside 39 crew members. Azure Naval Architects is responsible for naval architecture, while the exterior design has been crafted by Andy Waugh Yacht Design. Among its standout features are a 20-meter pool and an array of bespoke interior and systems features that will be revealed as the project advances.
The superyacht is scheduled for delivery in 2028.
Although the yard has in recent years been highly active in the naval and defense sector, Project ELF underscores the yard’s sustained commitment to the superyacht market — continuing a legacy of bespoke, large‑scale yacht construction alongside its naval work.
